Damion is Communicopia's co-founder and Web Applications Architect. As creator of the Presto! Content Management System, Damion responded to client requests to deliver a web-based interface that enabled them to manage and update content remotely. Presto! is integrated into over 40 websites, allowing clients to update content and add interactive modules such as polls, searches, and membership databases. On over a hundred projects, Damion has provided web-based solutions for website security and user access, searching of dynamic content, multilingual content, media campaign tools, and data management.
Damion’s commitment to social justice and environmental sustainability informs and inspires his work. His vision includes a world where technology is employed with accountability and forethought. To this end, he excels in implementing technical solutions that are the right fit for each of our clients’ unique needs. His BA in Cognitive Science and his continuing interest in human-interface design influence this work. Damion is also capable of explaining complex technical processes in language that the rest of us can understand—a quality our clients find refreshing.
