Senior Strategist
Christopher has been managing the strategic planning, design and development of Internet businesses for over ten years. In his work with Communicopia he has led engagements for TransLink, the Greater Vancouver Regional District's transportation authority, as well as the Pembina Institute, one of Canada’s leading environmental policy research and education organizations.
In addition to extensive strategy and project management experience, Christopher is also a specialist in leading international organizations in the development of their global Internet management needs. He recently led teams in Canada, the United States, China and Taiwan in the development of a Simplified Chinese website and global translation management infrastructure for a leading U.S. semiconductor manufacturing company.
The former Managing Director of the San Francisco office of Internet services firm OVEN Digital, Christopher has also worked with clients that include Starwood Hotels and Resorts, W Hotels, Tiffany & Company and Western Integrated Networks.
As an active volunteer, Christopher works with Hospice Toronto, an organization which provides end of life care for those with a terminal illness. He is also the Vice-President and Co-Founding Member of Canada's first Natural Burial Co-operative, an organization committed to developing environmentally sustainable funeral services. Christopher is a Dean’s List graduate of Ryerson University and has extensive business experience within Canada, the United States and Asia.
